Split-Payment Cancellation Policy
Some items in the store may be offered to you on a split-payment basis (50% upfront and remainder before shipping). This policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged on 2 separate occasions, as above, unless you choose to pay in full.

When you purchase something on a split-payment basis, I authorise your payment method before beginning the drawing, and you are charged for 50% of the cost of the item ordered.

Once the artwork is ready, I will email you the proof and various options, and you will advise me if you require any changes, or if you want to approve the artwork and complete the order.

Once you have approved the final art proof, I will charge your payment method for the remainder of the full amount plus any applicable shipping costs.

If you do not approve the artwork, please email me at orders@emilyspetportraits.com to let me know - then the order will be cancelled, and you will not receive the item, and will not be charged for the remainder of the item price. The deposit already paid will not be refunded.
