Shipping policy
Art Production times
Your pet portrait will normally take 2 working days to be drawn, and the preview proof sent to you for approval. If you have selected multiple pets this may take up to 4 days, depending on the complexity.
Please reply directly to me by email to approve the preview. Please note: orders cannot be sent to print until I have received approval confirmation from you.
Once confirmed by you, the artwork product will be printed as per your order.
Note: If there is an issue with your order (e.g. new photo needed due to low quality image, or if you request multiple revisions to the artwork), this will understandably extend the art production time.
Shipping/delivery times
Please carefully read the production times above and the shipping times below, including the section* reagrding possible shipping delays. This timeframes can increase slightly during busy periods (e.g. holidays/Christmas). In normal circumstances I aim to have your order with you within 2 weeks of you approving the preview. If you require the item urgently by a certain date please contact me at orders@emilyspetportraits.com and I will see if anything can be done to accommodate this.
In all cases, I will aim to have physical products manufactured as locally as possible to reduce delivery times and shipping costs.
Digital File:
Once you have approved the preview, the unwatermarked digital file (.jpg or .png) will be sent to you the same day.
Below are the estimated times for production/delivery from my printing partners and manufacturers. Once shipped, I will send you an email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on the delivery status.
Framed prints and canvasses:
Standard shipping: 10-14 days after approval of artwork
Express shipping: 5-7 days after approval of artwork
Standard Merchandise:
Standard shipping: 10-21 days after approval of artwork
Express shipping: 6-8 days after approval of artwork
Premium Merchandise:
Standard shipping: 7-10 days after approval of artwork
Express shipping: 4-9 days after approval of artwork
Please note these times are an estimation only and there may be some delays in some cases due to unforeseen circumstances, e.g. strikes.
*Currently there may be delays in the following areas:
UK:
1-2 day delay on phone cases
EU:
A delay of up to 1–2 days for framed canvasses.
Canada:
DHL Express service currently suspended
Israel, Iran, Iraq, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus:
Shipping is currently suspended by carriers.
Palestine:
Postal services are currently suspended.
Shipping/delivery Costs
Costs for shipping and delivery depend on the type of product and the location it will be shipped to. The charge will be calculated at checkout. In all cases, I will aim to have physical products manufactured as locally as possible to reduce shipping costs and delivery times.
Express shipping will cost extra, where it's available.
Budget rate shipping may take longer to arrive.
